The DIDYMOS-XR consortium today announces a change in its membership, bringing fresh expertise into our work on developing digital twins for applications such as city planning and maintenance, tourism and industry. Capgemini has acquired Unity’s Digital Twin Professional Services division, and is taking up its role within the project as our newest technical partner.
DIDYMOS-XR is working to further the state of the art for the creation of large-scale, complex simulations. We are delighted to be benefiting from the additional experience and talent of Capgemini, which has contributed to research and product development across the world of digital technology; from AI to 3D modelling in defence, business and healthcare. We welcome Capgemini to DIDYMOS-XR.
